LEARN to be and teach the essence of yoga @
Be Yogasara Vinyasa Yoga School
We specialize in training teachers to teach well-rounded vinyasa yoga classes in a ranging from Gentle Vinyasa to Power Vinyasa. You will learn about the history of vinyasa yoga, anatomy of the body to maintain safety in your practice and your students’, safe and comprehensive sequencing, and so much more. We keep class sizes small so you can maximize time learning and practice teaching with the lead trainer and your peers. You will leave this training with a deep understanding of the practice and ready to teach, if that’s your desire. We truly believe that the best teachers come out of in-person, mentorship-style trainings that provide plenty of practice teaching with their peers and face-to-face instruction with your trainer.
